    The thicccest mealybug i have ever seen, Ive always had luck with manually applying isopropyl alcohol on any of the bugs, look for joints and white powder and generously apply alcohol then wipe it off to prevent damage to the plants

    Very large mealy bug. He’s eating your plant. Luckily they die easily to rubbing alcohol. Spray some of that on the plant and in the soil with a pressurized spray (not a mist). Then wipe them all off. Might want to do that a couple times once every 2 weeks.

    Mealybugs. Just burn that plant section now.

    Lol for real, I have lost so many plants when mealybugs get down in the roots and live there. I literally wash the dirt off the roots to make sure I get them all. But the alcohol does work instantly to kill them.

    The best solution I’ve found for my climate and area is I buy chrysopa larvae and they roam my plants eating mealybugs and thrips. I can open my backyard and find thrips on the plants and they float in on the breeze every time we put the dogs out and I was getting so frustrated by constantly having thrips. So I got hunter bugs.

    Mealy bugs, but honestly they are way easier to get rid of than other pests like fungus gnats. Just don’t wait or they’ll start multiplying.

    Mealy bugs are kinda easy to deal with imo. Just wipe everything down repeatedly for a few days, until you don’t see anything. I recommend systemic pesticide granules too

    I went to war with these dumbass bugs, save yourself the self loathing and vinegar baths and infestation of every other plant you own and throw that sumbitch away entirely and pray to our father in heaven his friends haven’t found your other plants. the alternative is HOURS. of trying to eradicate these stupid things

    I made a pact with myself after finding a few of those on a plant of mine that if anything was going to kill my plant it would be me. fast forward past dunking the plant entirely in vinegar and water solutions, sprays from markets. prayers. seances. witchcraft. warfare. it didn’t work. I still don’t know to this day at whose hand my plant died but lord knows I tried.

    TL;DR don’t give up if you think u can handle this type of shit but let me assure you if you don’t have multiple hours a day to engage in hand to hand combat with these little albino pricks. I would say a prayer and let that plant go. i’m not a quitter. but this is a vertically uphill battle. goodluck. your plant is in my prayers.

    Rubbing alcohol cotton balls wipe them OOOOOFFFFFF KILL THEM!!!!!!! Your baby will keep suffering if you don’t 😞😫😢😭mealy bugs
